1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all courses, coaching programs, and healing journeys offered by Holistic Heart Mind Body & Soul Healing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any of our courses, sessions, or accessing our online learning platform, you (“the participant” or “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please refrain from enrolling or using our services.

2. Age Requirements

All participants must be 18 years or older. Anyone under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Services

Holistic Heart Mind Body & Soul Healing provides holistic healing and self-development offerings, including online courses, Reiki, coaching, massage, and beauty therapy. All services are designed for wellness and personal growth purposes and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

4. Payments

Payment is required upfront unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.
You agree to make all payments on time. Course access is granted upon full or first payment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We do not offer refunds once access to a course or program has been granted, as materials and resources are immediately available.
If unexpected circumstances arise, you may request to transfer your enrolment to a future course or receive a credit toward another healing journey at our discretion.

In-person sessions (including Reiki, massage, or coaching) require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

6. Confidentiality

Everything shared during sessions, courses, or groups is treated with complete confidentiality.
Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and refrain from sharing personal information outside of the group setting.

7. Disclaimer – No Medical or Psychological Advice

Our courses, coaching, and healing services are for educational, spiritual, and personal growth purposes only.
They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or qualified health professional for medical or mental health concerns.

8. Consent for Emotional and Energy-Based Practices

By participating, you acknowledge that our sessions may include emotional reflection, Reiki, meditation, and energy healing.
You understand that emotional release can occur and agree to take responsibility for your wellbeing during and after participation.

9. Recordings and Photos

Any one-on-one sessions may be recorded at your request for personal reflection or to revisit your healing journey.
If any recording or photo is intended for promotional or educational use, separate permission will always be requested.
No group sessions will be recorded without prior consent from all participants.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, meditations, videos, and written content are owned by Holistic Heart Mind Body & Soul Healing and are provided for your personal use only.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute materials without written permission.

11. Technology and Availability

We strive to keep our online courses and platforms running smoothly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Technical issues may occasionally occur, and we appreciate your understanding.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Holistic Heart Mind Body & Soul Healing is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in our courses or sessions. You participate at your own discretion and responsibility.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is collected only for the purpose of providing services and communicating with you.
We will never share or sell your information to third parties without consent.
